If you experience issues with the app, have questions about soil temperature readings, AI recommendations, Lawn Lens photo analysis, or anything else — we are here to help.
Common Support Topics
Soil temp is estimated from WeatherKit air temperature data. Readings reflect your location and update each time you open the app or pull to refresh.
Verify location access is enabled in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Lawn Pulse. You may also enter a ZIP code manually in Settings.
Lawn Lens requires camera or photo library access. Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera / Photos → Lawn Pulse if the feature isn't working.
LawnAI Chat requires an active internet connection. Free tier usage is limited to 50 messages per day, resetting at midnight local time.
Manage your Lawn Pulse subscription through your Apple ID: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For purchase issues, contact Apple Support directly.
Check Settings → Notifications → Lawn Pulse and confirm alerts are enabled. Notifications fire when your lawn crosses a soil temperature milestone.

- Lawn Pulse version number (Settings → General → About in the app)
- Your grass type and location (city / state is sufficient)
