Luxe Pulse uses Apple Game Center for global leaderboards and achievements. If leaderboards are not loading or achievements are not unlocking, make sure you are signed into Game Center on your device.
- Open Settings → Game Center → confirm you are signed in with your Apple ID
- Ensure Game Center is enabled for Luxe Pulse under Settings → Luxe Pulse
- Scores may take a few minutes to sync to global leaderboards after a session
All purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store. Morton Software Group does not receive or store payment information. For refund requests or billing issues, please contact Apple Support directly.

If you encounter crashes, performance issues, or unexpected behavior, please include the following when contacting support — it helps us resolve problems significantly faster:

- Whether the issue is repeatable or intermittent
